A BRAND NEW WHOLE HOUSE Homestay with its own GENERATOR AND WIFI and everything you need to be comfortable from towels, bed sheets, soaps, and etc. Each bedroom has its own AC. A roof deck if you want to spend your beautiful morning or evening with a nice cold drink, a drive port, an island kitchen and outdoor kitchen that everything you need for your own cooking. A 10 minutes walk to the San Juan beach. A 5 minutes drive to the supermarket or 30 minutes to walk. A place for fun and comfort.
