The WIE Village is unique in many ways...made from mostly local OBX re-purposed materials, combined with charm, accommodate up to 4 people. Two pods & main house borders 1600 acres of nature preserve within 2 mi of the beach. To accommodate larger parties, reserve Pod Messi &/or Pod Zeus in addition to Main House. THIS IS AN OPEN STUDIO WITH QUEEN BED, SMART TV, WIFI, SMALL KITCHENETTE WITH MICROWAVE, TOASTER OVEN AND SMALL FRIDGE. WE SIT ON A SMALL CANAL WITH BOAT RAMP AND DOCKAGE FOR SMALL SKIFF AVAILABLE FOR AN EXTRA FEE. BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS! VERY COZY! ALSO NEXT DOOR TO THE DELICIOUS SANDWHICH SHOP AND FRISCO SHOPPING CENTER!

Cozy & Private 1 bedroom 1 bath carriage house located on 15 acres between the Pamlico Sound and Goose Creek State Park. Enjoy the panoramic views from your private balcony. Access to the waterfront and boat dock. There is a small boat launch for your small boats, jet skis, kayaks and paddleboards next to the pier. Shared use of the screened-in gazebo. Come Relax and Enjoy it!

Waterfront Home with hottub, kayak, and jon boat

Fishing paradise, breathtaking sunrise and moonlight from your private hottub on the back deck, steps to the water. Tandem kayak and small boat included. You can fish, kayak, or wade from the back yard! We've caught drum, flounder, shrimp, etc. Master has a king nectar bed and an amazing view of the water from the picture windows. 3 miles to beach, 13 miles to Aquarium, & 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. The road is close but once you exit your vehicle, you feel like you are in your own lil paradise.

River Watch Retreat

You will not forget your stay at the River Watch Retreat, and will want to tell your friends. This beautiful cabin offers a full NW view of the Carolina Blue Sky and setting sun on ENC's Trent River. Interior is paneled in locally sourced Poplar with Cedar accents. Beadboard and custom ceramic tile compliment the bathroom. Sleeping options: foldout couch downstairs and futon in loft. *Watch Bald Eagles, Geese, Heron and Osprey from 2 elevated decks a stone's throw from the water!

Scarborough town Surfstead w/ hot tub

Come and enjoy old Avon Village on a quiet one way street. The Surfstead suite offers an eclectic blend of island history, craftsmanship and comfort in one of the oldest houses on Hatteras island. There is a private deck and entrance leading into a living and dining area equipped with a Roku tv. Prepare your meals in the fully stocked kitchenette. The bedroom boasts a queen size bed with another Roku tv, and a full bathroom with a custom tile shower. A private hot tub too!
