Walking distance to restaurants for candle-light dinners, kayak/sub rentals and hikes along mountain footpaths or the lakeshore. Private yet safe and accessible. Be prepared for a lovely stay!

With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, sleeping six, this is the perfect place to relax, unwind and take in the spectacular views of the lake and its three volcanoes. Built into the rock face, but still on right on the lake front, the house cascades down four levels, with numerous terraces. The space is defined by the rock face, glass, concrete, wood & light.

The property is only accessible by boat but its approx. a 15 minute walk to the town of Santa Cruz, and very close to kayak and paddle board rentals. We are about a 10 minute boat ride to Panajachel.
