However, it has all the amenties needed for a long stay including wifi,tv, full kitchen washer/dryer and a fire pit/barbecue. There is a loft that can sleep an additional 2 people . There are breathtaking mountain and ocean views and is located in a up scale planned community with security gated access. Property has a RING securrity system.

The Bungalow has an attached full bathroom and two bunk beds, each with a comfy full-sized bed on the bottom, and a twin bed on top. The spacious individual bungalow is equipped with high-speed internet, a/c, a hot water shower, fans, a coffee-maker, a small fridge, and a front porch with a hammock.

Property is shared with main house but Cottage is free standing with separate entrance. Carport on property next to cottage. Safe and quiet long term renter welcome well on property .
