Die klimatisierte ruhige Gästewohnung, mit Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sowie Bad, befindet sich in Panketal, Ortsteil Schwanebeck, an der Stadtgrenze zu Berlin-Buch, in der Nähe des Helios-Klinikum. Vom Autobahndreieck Barnim sind wir in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Mit Bus und S-Bahn (S2), Berlin-Buch, seid Ihr in 40 Minuten im Zentrum von Berlin. Mit dem Auto dauert es ca. 30 Minuten. Fußläufig erreichbar in 10 Min. sind Netto, REWE, dm, Getränke-Hoffmann und das Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

小型乡村风格平房

Wir bieten einen kleinen gemütlichen und liebevoll eingerichteten Bungalow mit Garten für max. 2 Personen an. Der Bungalow verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (1,40 m breit) und hat im Wohnzimmer eine Couch wo eine weitere Person schlafen könnte. Der Bungalow liegt in ruhiger ländlicher Umgebung am Stadtrand von Berlin. Der Nachbar betreibt eine Landwirtschaft und hat Schafe und Federvieh (die sind leider früh wach).

In 20 minutes by tram at Alexanderplatz, in 10 minutes at the S-Bahn-Ring, with the S-Bahn-Ring at every location in Berlin. Very quiet location. Chickens provide the farmfeeling, the greenhouse gives fresh tomatoes and more. The Tiny-House is located directly on the carsharing- and scooterarea (sharing, App).

The apartment is well connected to the public transportation to the center of Berlin. Am nördlichen Stadtrand in Französisch Buchholz ruhig gelegene, kleine, komfortable und gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit schneller Verkehrsanbindung zur Stadtmitte in rund 30 Min am Alexanderplatz, Brandenburger Tor, etc.. Parken auf dem Grundstück. Eigener Terrasse mit Grillmöglichkeit.

Früher Bauwagen, heute Liebeslaube. Verspielt, Blick vom Bett ins Grüne, 200m zum Wandlitzer See. Trocken-Klo, Duschen mit Camping-Duschsack unter freiem Himmel. Abgeschirmt, für sich sein. Feuerstelle vor der Tür, Liepnitzsee in 2km, Berlin in 30km Entfernung.

带小花园的车库房

Die Remise ist 1875 erbaut und steht unter Denkmalschutz. Nach der Nutzung für Fuhrwerke, Pferde und Kühe war eine Marmorwerkstatt dort zuhause, dann eine Schlosserei und später ein Künstleratelier. Direkt davor schaut man in den kleinen Hofgarten.
