Es liegt in einer ruhigen Eigenheimsiedlung mitten in Berlin. Haus Prerow ist ein Einzimmerapartment mit Bad und Dusche und befindet sich separat auf unserem Grundstück. Zwischen Rummelsburgerbucht und Tierpark/ Schloss Friedrichsfelde. Die Übernachtungssteuer (Citytax) von 7,5% des Übernachtungspreises bereits enthalten

Mini Apartment Altbau Prenzlauer Berg

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

I am offering a room, part of my flat, on the 5th floor (bathroom, without kitchen, own entrance, no lift). The room is quiet and has a great view of the Fernsehturm. The flat is opposite Volkspark Friedrichshain and located between Prenzlauer Berg and Friedrichshain. The access to public transportation is excellent. Alexanderplatz can be reached in less than 15 minutes. I moved to Berlin several years ago and would be happy to share my own tips for your trip in Berlin.
