Country Cottage

Stay and Relax with family and friends at our beautiful home. It is located 4 miles from Sardis Lake and 1.4 miles off of I-55. 27 miles from Oxford (Ole Miss), 35 miles from Southaven (ballfields and Tanger Outlet Mall), and 8 miles from Batesville (Wal-Mart). Our home can accommodate 13 people comfortably. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 baths with a 2 level deck, one covered and one open. Large driveway loop and parking area for multiple boats. Deer and Turkey can be seen regularly in the yard.

The Texissippi Ranch is a charming farm house in Pope, MS. Located about ~35 minutes from Oxford, 15 min from Batesville and 2 min from Enid Lake. We have four bedrooms w/beds; a great room w/comfortable sectional, living room w/a couch+love seat that can comfortably sleep 12, creatively up to 20 guests.
