Rustic firepit for toasting marshmallows. Access to the beach is shared with unit behind. Family bookings preferred. Linen & towels included.

NO SERVICE FEE! Completed in July 22, it's a fine example of good architecture. Located at the discreet end of Mt Maunganui's magnificent beach, you can enjoy peaceful walks and beach time. Next to a wide beach access, it's less than 2 min's walk from door to beach. The Studio is a hotel like space with a superking OR 2 extra long single beds, luxury linen, ensuite, kitchenette, courtyard and separate entry. It's locked off from the rest of the house which is not rented at the same time.

As soon as you walk in, you can feel the peace and calm of this old home, and get on with enjoying your stay. The property is on a back section, and is about one and a half kms east of Papamoa Plaza. The beach access is across the road.
