This home is the perfect place for your unforgettable vacation. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and modern appliances, it has everything you need for an awesome stay. You'll love the stunning view of Mount Maunganui from the living area and rooms. The beach is just a 5-min walk away, so you can easily enjoy the sun, sand, and surf. When you're ready to explore, it's a 10-minute walk into town. When you return, relax in our outdoor area, perfect for enjoying the beautiful Mount Maunganui weather.

Bel Tramonto Luxurious Rustic Elegance

Bel Tramonto is Italian for "beautiful sunset" and there are plenty of those on offer at this peaceful and private rural retreat. Enjoy them from the secluded hot tub overlooking a native bush valley complete with waterfall. Within half an hour you can be at the beautiful beaches of Mt Maunganui & Papamoa or enjoying the tourism Mecca of Rotorua A 1650 hectare all terrain playground is five minutes away, offering a range of activities. Auckland is a 2.5 hour drive away or a 30 minute flight.

The Sugarshack is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday by the beach with local restaurants, cafes and even a cinema only 2 min walk away. Or if your in need of a place to stay for work we are also set up for your working needs with a comfortable Desk & Chair. Bringing the boat? Perfect! there's plenty of secure off street parking. Whether it be fishing, lapping up the sun on the beach or working out of town from home in a beautiful sunny location. The Sugarshack has got you covered!

Off-street parking is available. Close to central parade and the Mount attractions, this is a beautiful guest suite by the beach!
