Drive 9 mins to Mt Maunganui beaches. Perfect for singles, couples, and business travellers. Queen bedroom & spacious lounge with comfy sofas. PLEASE NOTE: 1. There's NO AIR CONDITIONING, we have fans only. 2. Our place is not suitable for children. 3. Cars on the expressway below us, make some noise.

The bach is located next door to our property and is perfect for a couple or small family with a Queen bed in the room and bunks off the lounge.Modern decor, warm, sunny and across the road from Papamoa beach. Dogs are welcome and section is fully fenced. Wifi, Sky TV, Netflix. Full facilities including oven, m/wave, dishwasher, washing machine. A smallish space but very functional and also has double shower . Papamoa Plaza is only 1 minute drive away and short drive to Mercury Baypark, Bayfair

Private suite on the shores of the Waikareao Estuary. Our home is situated on the popular Daisy Hardwick Cycle/Walkway. Easy walking distance to a Supermarket, several cafes & restaurants, and only 5 mins walk to a lovely swimming beach. All rooms are filled with morning sun and overlook the Estuary. Breakfast is not provided. The guest suite is separated from the home by a locked door. We have a free guest car park. Your hosts Nola & Barry have traveled extensively &. enjoy meeting new people.

Wainui River Glamping

A cute private glamping set-up nestled in the trees alongside the Wainui River. Here, you'll have a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with power, a cosy cabin with a comfy queen-sized bed, a hot outdoor shower and bath. Explore the beautiful Wainui river on our two-person kayak or curl up with a book and do absolutely nothing at all. There are also plenty of hikes in the area. Pets (inc horses) are welcome. Waterfront Pool House Tauranga CBD

Relax in our carefully curated Poolside Retreat. Motuopuhi Poolside Retreat is centrally located in the peaceful neighbourhood fondly referred to as the Avenues, and lucky to be situated on a quiet cul de sac with views of the harbour and Motuopuhi Island. Walking distance to bar and restaurant district, movies, groceries and shopping. Additionally, a trip to the Mount is a 15km drive, easy bike ride or bus. Enjoy a dip in the pool or an evening spa, before turning in for the night.

River Gardens Cabin This is a quirky unique cabin that is stand alone, cozy, with a retreat glamping aspect. Starting with bedroom / lounging in main cabin, flowing out to covered deck area with high roof with clear lights, with outdoor kitchenette / dining that links to the lockable outdoor bathroom. River views from the cabin and many other areas, the property is spacious with large meandering lawns and gardens to explore. It is tucked away yet only minutes' drive into Bethlehem.

Entire townhouse in a prime Mount Maunganui location. The famous Mount beach is just across the road with the cafes, bars and boutique shops just a five-minute walk away. Set over three stories with north and south facing decks providing views of Marine Parade and the water, this home offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen, garage parking and off-street parking and two outdoor decks with outdoor bar seating and sea views.

The Pool House at Blackburn

Light airy warm self-contained apartment situated on a lifestyle block minutes from Tauranga's CBD. The Pool House has one separate bedroom with 4 built-in bunks good for adults or kids. The main room has a high-end Tilt-away king-size bed with a quality mattress, allowing adults to enjoy evenings and personal space. As we are remediating our land after flood damage we don't have our usual livestock however we are happy for guests to walk and enjoy the property.

Our home is on a large elevated property on the inner city harbour with our own access to the water and boat shed, where there are kayaks available to use. The apartment is on the top floor of a three level home with stunning 180 degree views of the harbour. It is difficult to capture the view which all our guests find breathtaking. The apartment is very spacious and generous in size. Also we have Nespresso coffee maker for your enjoyment.
