We have 2 internet service providers on the property with 200 mgs of wifi each, all routers backed up with batteries for potential outages. We are pet friendly and offer laundry service for a fee

Beautifully appointed Studio in perfect location on the main road. Short walk to beach & surf and many restaurants close by. Ronnie's supermarket is just a short walk along the road. There are 4 other apartments on the same property as Ginger. Ginger is private from the other apartments. There is a main gate in to the property and another gate leading to Ginger. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. The space is ideal for 2 adults but there is a small sofa bed for a kid.

Casa Mirador is located a few minutes up the hill from Montezuma. It is very close to the trail to the upper water fall and is about a 20 minute walk down to town. It has a fantastic view, great breezes and a pool that is shared with Casa Tranquila. It has a full kitchen and a washing machine. Casa Mirador is an upstairs apartment with your own entrance. Our caretakers live in the downstairs apartment.

Nimbu Suite - 海景

The Nimbu Suite, has an amazing view of the Gulf of Nicoya, sounds of waves from the Pacific Ocean will be your soundtrack while you rest. Beaches in Costa Rica are public. This beach is accesible straight from the backdoor within outdoor shower to rinse off after swimming.
