You will have your own A/C with cold and heat mode and a TV with Roku and Disney+ We are only 10 minutes away from Las Vegas Strip. You can get to the airport in 8 minutes. Rounded by shopping centers, markets, banks, etc... The studio has private entrance, kitchen and bathroom. Only the front yard is a common area where you can see other guests. Definitively you will love it

Enjoy a beautiful guest suite 5-7 min from the airport or South Strip, on the border of Paradise and Henderson. Very close to the Raiders stadium and UNLV. Guests are welcome to use the pool, spa, patio, and outdoor kitchen. We have gas heaters for chilly winter nights. The unit has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. **Please read the house rules before booking. Rules are on the bottom of the listing under Things to Know **We offer airport rides for $20 and strip for $25-35.**

Luxury Guest House with full kitchen and home amenities, comes with a queen luxury mattress bed with a Futon Sofa bed that can accommodate one more adult or 2 children. The place is a guest house with it’s own private entrance on the side of the house can’t missed the pavers way leading you to the entrance gate. 5 mins from the airport and 5-10 mins to the strip it is a great location. We’ve got cameras, for your protection and ours we have cameras filming only the front of the property.
