Guests are welcome to use the pool, spa, patio, and outdoor kitchen. We have gas heaters for chilly winter nights. Remodeled 500 sqft, 1-bedroom, 1-bath, efficiency apartment that’s 8 minutes from the airport, 12 minutes to the Strip and less than 15 minutes to the new Allegiant Stadium. Well established neighborhood where many of the homes are on an acre. The apartment is within a private secured 1-acre compound. The private entrance faces our new pool and spa. Although the apartment is attached to the main house the service entrance separating the the two can be locked and secured from either side.

This totally independent, very private and spacious mind, has a kitchen, only to make coffee or tea, a spacious room, with a good bed and has a private and spacious bathroom, it has everything that the application asks for, the entrance is on the left from the house, independent, after the door you go up some stairs, they are spacious and very safe, it also has a balcony with an excellent view.
