Exactly like Le Corbusier's vision, this cabin is adapted in a scale of "Mediterranean balance", designed on the basis of the minimum possible dimensions and the maximum physical and spiritual comfort it could offer. The philosophy behind this project is to find yourself in a contemporary sanctuary, hidden from the world but close enough to all the beaches in the area, sit in the hot midday sun on the terrace in its quietness or maybe during the sunset, enjoying a glass of wine and a nice book.

19th century ottoman (40 square meter) house, fully restored in 2021, placed in a peaceful little village near Kissamos (Kasteli), 55 minutes from Chania airport. Relaxing and minimal with boho vibes, ready to host stylish couples, friends, lonely travelers, or even small and flexible families (sofas can be used as small beds for children). Platanus House is a completely renovated 55qm house overlooking Kissamos Bay and is just 400m from Drapania Beach. The small town of Kasteli is 4km away and the Kissamos port 8.3km. Consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an open space with a fully equipped kitchen. It has a large veranda and courtyard with a garden where there is a 6-meter-tall plane-tree, that gives its shadow during the day, from which the house is named.
