Only 7km away from the city of Heraklion, it is an ideal place for couples' & families' vacation. The nearest beach is 13km away. Wine and olive oil enthusiasts will find wineries, presses and mills around the area. It's a great starting point to explore the whole island of Crete. Our luxury Villa Skourias has an endless view of the south cretan sea and offers direct access to Tsoutsouros` famous healing waters. A few steps lead from the property directly to the beach. The private pool (2,5m x 4,5m) can be heated for an additional daily fee upon arrangement with the host. The air-conditioned accommodation is 42 km from Heraklio Town, and our guests benefit from complimentary WiFi and private parking. The neighborhood is rather quiet, privacy is definitely given.

This is a fully renovated 37 m2 apartment literally on the beach. -It is located in the very peaceful village of Tertsa (91km south of Iraklion and 25km west of Ierapetra), in front of which lies a quiet beach. -There are 3 taverns and a small grocery store. -The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. - The bedroom has one double bed and one bunk bed (not really recommended for adults) -Free Wi-Fi -A/C -CAR IS MANDATORY -We expect you to treat the house as it were yours :)

Terra Skouros is a newly built beach house unit of two twin maisonettes, Terra Skouros I and Terra Skouros II. The unit is located in a 6.000 m2 olive grove in South Crete. It's 65 km away from Heraklion and only 40 m away from Skouros beach. The view is diverse as large windows overlook the ocean or the mountains. The natural materials and the large windows disperse ample natural light creating a warm atmosphere, connecting the interior with the exterior in harmony.

Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.

In the area you can find traditional taverns with fresh fish and local dishes also some cafes and bars next to the beach. Keratokampos also host the famous Viannos Art gallery and the Portela gorge.

With pine trees around, citrus and olive orchards, it is ideal for a quiet stay-family travel. It is a summer house for my family- my parents live permanently at the ground floor.
