This charming townhouse is ideally located 5 minutes from shopping centres, medical facilities, and vets, 15 minutes to the CBD, and 20 minutes from Darwin Airport. Enjoy walking tracks around the nearby golf course, scenic man-made lakes, and playgrounds. Keep an eye out for Burdekin ducks, freshwater turtles, and Jacana birds. Self-contained, ultra-modern guesthouse with pool

Our modern, fully self-contained, one-bedroom guesthouse is the perfect place to explore Darwin and its surrounds. It's one of the few Airbnbs around with a pool (but it's very hot in Darwin, so we may need to use it occasionally too). It’s 1-bedroom but we have two foldout single beds that can accommodate an extra child or two. It's the bottom floor of our elevated home, but is completely separate with its own entrance. You may hear the odd footstep above, but we do our best to tiptoe.

Fully self contained independent cottage. Tropical front verandah looking out to natural bush. Set on 10 acres in a quiet area, secure and safe. Lounge, tv, dining area, kitchen, fridge, bedroom with queen size bed and separate bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and tub. Pets allowed as spacious securely fenced lawned area. Dogs can be safely left in the yard if you go out. I can check on them if requested. Unfortunately internet is not reliable.
