A great bach for a romantic escape, a family holiday, or to spend time with friends. Go to sleep snuggled in luxury linen to the murmur of the waves.

Full access to a communal 20m heated pool, with separate toddlers pool (open from Labour Day till Easter) or a game of tennis at the all-weather tennis court. A BLUE TRIANGLE at Raumati Beach

Our sunny, comfortable, two-storey house is ideal for a couple or a couple with small children. The master bedroom/ living area upstairs is spacious with beautiful views of Kapiti Island. The stairs are a little awkward for the elderly and the very young although we now have carpet tiles on the stairs. There is no handrail. There is no bathroom upstairs. Sitting/ kitchen area downstairs and the bathroom and second bedroom are also downstairs.

Beautiful quiet "tiny house" garden retreat with mezzanine sleeping loft; very simple but warm and cosy. Carpeted, insulated and double glazed. Sleeps two upstairs on two single mattresses. You need to be agile enough to climb the ladder to the sleeping loft. Own shower and toilet a few metres from the cabin. Heater, kettle, fridge, microwave, toaster and basin in cabin. Wifi. Simple breakfast ingredients and hot drinks provided.

Refurbished and fully insulated 1950's 2 Bedroom 100sqm Cottage perfectly located in central Greytown Quality Bed Linen/Towels provided. Cleaning Fee included. HeatPump that heats cottage in minutes. Air Con for the hot summer months. Two bikes (and helmets) available for use. 6 Free Range eggs from owners pet Hens on arrival. Note: Hens not kept at property :) Table Tennis Table in garage.

Raumati studio unit

Less than 500 metres to the beach and Raumati village, the studio unit fits 2 people comfortably but can sleep up to 3. A five minute stroll to several cafes and eatery's. Fully self contained with small bathroom and kitchenette. Approximately 40 minutes to Wellington city. You will be welcomed by our friendly and enthusiastic puppy who lives in the contained back yard of our place.

Te Papa View - 3 bed waterfront apartment + park

This contemporary space is designed for comfort and functionality. The open-plan living area leads to a balcony with waterfront views.
