Paekakariki Studio Paradise

Situated in one of the best spots in Paekakariki is this light and airy studio. What a view! Watch the sunset from bed and listen to the waves gently waking you up in the morning. A king size bed & a comfortable Ecosa 2.5 seater sofabed available. Ideal for couples or small family. Studio connected to house with own seperate access, kitchenette and bathroom with shower & all the basics. **Steep & narrow 2m wide driveway, large vehicles not recommended. Walking distance beach, village & train.

Tiny House Train-Eco stay

Thank you for renting the train as this really helps me. The train runs on solar power, all your water is spring water and is a great example of up cycling and recycling. The tiny house train is located on a 10 acre/4.2 hectare organic blueberry farm and was restored in 2018 and turned into a tiny house in May 2019. There is a cozy log burner plus electric blanket and heat pumps. There is a smart TV Netflix supplied . Wifi is Starlink with laptop friendly kitchen table. Self checkin after 2pm.

Mustang Cottage - a quiet gem & private hide-away

Mustang cottage is a unique private cosy space with homely touches and secure off-road parking for larger vehicles and trailers. Lawn & garden spaces for pets to roam safely. 3 min walk to Woburn train station & bus stops, local supermarket and bakeries. Nearby parks, river, queensgate mall, cinemas, restaurants. Delicious home-cooked meals and full continental bfast by request. We also offer friendly, reliable airport pick-up and drop-off. Pricing reasonable and cheaper than Uber/Taxis.

Location, privacy, garden

Located in a quiet, leafy suburb with shops nearby this apartment is in a sturdy house built in 1965 with a picnic lawn and view to Rangituhi. A 15 min walk to the railway station. Kapiti Line, min drive to Te Rauparaha Arena, Whitireia Polytechnic and the Police College. 20 - 30 min drive to Wellington. The space can be comfortable with one bed, or a family space with an extra one or two beds. There ‘s a lip (small wooden barrier) into the shower and a low ceiling. Great Wifi No TV.

The strawbale studio.

The self catering studio is located behind the main house on a private two hectare section. It’s an open plan strawbale construction with a double bedroom hidden behind sliding wooden shuttered doors. The studio was designed for passive solar heating, with a concrete floor and large double glazed windows in the living space. There are blinds in the bathroom and bedroom, but the living space does not contain any window furnishings as this would defeat the purpose of the passive solar concept.

The Shed - a contemporary annex near the beach

A multi purpose contemporary space. It offers a seperate bedroom and bathroom. In the living area there is a double sofabed, seating and dining plus a 75 inch smart TV and Sky TV. The bedroom has a TV with chromecast . Guests are welcome to use the outdoor area and spa pool located next to the main house. A continental breakfast is supplied. Close to beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. We have 2 German Spitz dogs, very friendly. 2 adults will be considered a couple unless otherwise stated.

Nestled in the heart of Raumati Beach, this warm and comfortable home with a cottage style garden is in a secluded, tranquil location. Just 45 minutes drive from Wellington. Short walk to beach, shops,restaurants, cafes, children's water/ play/miniature train park. Near Southwards Car Museum, Paraparaumu beach golf club, Nga Manu Bird Sanctuary, Kapiti Island. Easy access to Kapiti airport, buses, train, walking/cycling tracks. Soak under the stars in a garden bath, magical at night.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. With access to private river location and bush walks. A nice cosy cottage perfect for one or two. Relax with the calm surrounding sound of nature, river and native birdsong. Our eco cottage "The Snug" has been created with recycled materials, giving it a unique character. Some features The Snug included are a composting toilet, a small wood burner for warmth, and it overlooks a medicinal herb garden and some friendly animals see photos.

Separate from our house, self contained studio with it's own patio area direct from your Ranch Slider to the back garden , so just relax and enjoy the lifestyle of Te Horo Beach. Please bear in mind this is a Batch/lifestyle accommodation, and we don't charge for cleaning, the batch is always cleaned between guests and we always provide clean bedding and towels.
