À 20 min des Grands Lacs, séjournez dans une ancienne forge au charme rustique, entourée de nature et d’animaux. Grande chambre parentale (35 m²) avec salle d’eau et WC privatifs. Espace détente avec sauna, jacuzzi et rameur. En option, chambre dans un ancien grenier à foin (2 pers.) avec douche et WC. (No kitchenette) mais 2 Plaques électriques et BBQ gaz à dispo. avec casseroles, poêles, assiettes … Randonnées au départ de la maison, jeux (boules, ping-pong, badminton) et location de vélos.

Complexe de deux cabanes dans le Morvan. Au cœur du Parc Naturel Régional du Morvan, au milieu d'un sous-bois, replongez vous dans la vie d'antan. Reconnectez vous à la Nature et aux choses simples avec ce complexe de deux cabanes inspirées Trappeur/Western. Une cabane salon, bureau, bibliothèque. Une deuxième fait office de chambre cuisine et salle de bains et WC (toilettes sèches). Panneau solaire et électricité. Pour l'eau, système de cuve d'eau potable, pompe à pied. Bain nordique chauffé.

Welcome to our charming apartment, which we’re proud to say has a four-star award from the Departmental Tourist Board. It's in an historic buidling, inside the ramparts in the very heart of Beaune, but in a quiet side-street. It features a salon/dining room, an independent, fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and separate bathroom. Bright and sunny with high-beamed ceilings, a stone staircase and marble corridor, it also features a lovely glass 'verrière' overlooking an interior courtyard.

Nestled in the peaceful hills of Burgundy with the vineyards of Beaune just a stone’s throw away, The Writer’s Cabin is the perfect cozy hide away to unplug, slow down and recharge. Relax as you enjoy the views of the woods, admire the incredibly starry skies we get here from your private hot tub or read a book in the swing chair on the deck or curled up in the sofa inside in front of the wood burner.

Alternatively venture out and discover UNESCO sites, hilltop villages, medieval towns and the lakes and trails of the Morvan Park.

Convient parfaitement à un séjour en complète déconnexion ou de télétravail: une cabane tout confort avec une vue imprenable sur les paysages de la Nièvre. Construit au printemps de 2020 avec des matériaux locales, neufs et de qualité pour profiter de ce bel endroit les quatre saisons de l'année. Cette petite maison fait 24m2 à l'intérieure et une terrasse couverte de 15m2. Elle se trouve en toute tranquillité éloigné de la route avec très peu de circulation.

Welcome to our spacious and comfortable Gîte in Essey. The original building is from circa 1840. The Gîte offers room for 2 People with the possibility of 1 child in a travel cot (provided). The ground floor consists of a well equiped kitchen and living space with entrance to your own private garden area. The bedroom and en-suite is on the upper level. Enjoy the sunset with a view over the local pond which can also be used for fishing (Permit included).

La Maison d'en face : a cosy guest house

My house is the ideal place to rest and to enjoy historical Burgundy . Nested in a green and peaceful countryside, this independent guest house has a bedroom, a bathroom, a large kitchen downstairs and a second bedroom and a playroom upstairs. The kitchen being very large, I put 2 armchairs so you can enjoy the fire or watch TV. My house is perfect as well if you are on a professional trip in the area.

La Petite Maison de Papy.

In the heart of Burgundy a luscious rural location offers views stretching as far as the eye can see! The perfect cottage to kick-back and relax! Exposed oak beams and enormous flagstones. Comfort and style in equal measure. Firewood provided (October- March) at €5 per day, please leave cash on day of departure. 10 minutes from supermarkets, bakeries, bistro and bars in Pouilly en Auxois.

Tiny-house au coeur d'uneferme en maraîchage bio.

Petite roulotte en bois de 10m2, chauffé avec petit chauffage électrique ! Il y a juste un matelas 2 places à l'intérieur + un lit une place, les draps et la couette sont fournis. Pour les sanitaires, vous aurez un espace douche chaude + toilettes sèches à 30m de la roulotte , dans un module sous la serre. la cuisine est également sous la serre non chauffée !

Petit Cottage dans les vignes avec piscine

Aux abords de la vallée des Maranges, sur la route de Chassagne-Montrachet et Santenay, ce charmant petit cottage confortable avec mezzanine et poêle à bois donne sur les jardins de la propriété bordée de vigne. Une petite piscine avec vue imprenable sur la vallée est à la disposition des visiteurs. Ne convient pas aux enfants de moins de 12 ans.
