In the heart of the historic center in Parga in a quiet neighborhood, everything is accessible on foot. Just a step away from the Oil Museum. Moreover, the Green bakery, a gym, the health center, and the a supermarket are all minutes away. Convenient distance from Kryoneri and Valtos beach (max 20 mins walk). A studio apartment with a view of the Ionian Sea, just 2 km from the historic centre of Preveza. The apartment features a large double bed, a sofa bed (sleeping area 130*190 cm), and a fully equipped kitchen. The seaside area of Pantokratoras is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Preveza, with a lovely beach right below the apartment, as well as several others within less than 1 km. It can also be combined with the Ionian Blue Apartment.

By car you wil have a choice to drive to many beautiful beaches and places. In Studio Kastelakia you will have your own parking place. You’ll love our place because of the location. The studio is located in a quiet neighbourhood surrounded with olive trees.
