This beautiful 2 story, 5 BR house is right on the water. The first floor showcases large living area with high ceilings, A/C (NEW) TV w/cable, kitchen, cooking island, 2 BaRs full bathroom, covered terrace, outdoor bbq area. The second floor: master bedroom with private terrace, 2 Bus and full bathroom. All bedrooms with A/C. 2 private docks. Quiet and very private, yet 5 min walk to Parguera town. This house is our vacation home and has been in our family for 20 years. Central A/C

Casa en Colinas de la Parguera, cuenta con Tres dormitorios con A/C, dos baños completos con agua caliente, laundry (lavadora y secadora) para estadías de 3 noches en adelante ,sala, comedor, cocina y terraza. La residencia se encuentra a 10 minutos caminando del poblado y a 2minutos de la rampa para botes y jet skies. Además, se encuentra cerca de un pequeño colmado, una gasolinera, iglesia y farmacia.
