Privately owned and operated, "The Rosa Villa" is a 4 bedroom home and is one of 4 luxury villas that we offer on James Avenue, Renmark. All are situated across the road from the river and only a short stroll to the town. Catering for up to 10 people, "The Rosa Villa" is self-contained, has a private inground pool, and a spacious alfresco area with outdoor kitchen with built in Webber Q. Secure garage parking for one car and additional boat/vehicle parking available upon request.

1915 Train Carriage • Figbrook Farm, Riverland SA

Stay in Carriage 421, a 1915 South Australian railway treasure converted into a private retreat at Figbrook Farm. Nestled in gardens and orchards, it features polished timber floors, a queen bed, kitchen, bathroom and cosy living space. Enjoy WiFi, mobile service, laundered linen, fresh eggs, and seasonal produce. In fig season, pick your own fruit and herbs. Secure, remote-controlled gate access ensures privacy at this peaceful Riverland base for towns, wineries and the Murray River.

The cottage features a combination of wordly and new charm inside, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch as you watch the birds sing, and you may see our Kangaroo family close by, or take a leisurely stroll through nearby trails. The cottage is in close proximity to shops and attractions.

You'll have your own private entrance, fully locked off from the rest of our home. Conveniently located just 5 min from the river and shops, and 10 min from the hospital.
