Beautiful house located on a tranquil cove of Mill Creek Lake, which offers over 800 acres of boating, fishing and watersports, perfect place to make unforgettable memories. Enjoy morning coffee listening the birdsong, feel the breeze, smell the rain, watch the fireflies and listen to the night sounds on our fabulous screened porch. Only 1.2 miles away from the Mill Creek Park and Lake that consists of 2,600 acres of land, 15 miles of ATV trails, courtesy dock facilities, boat rentals and more.

Elk Ridge

Come and enjoy yourself at Elk Ridge, the first B&B of Wildlife Manor! Located within Aikman Wildlife Adventure, we are home to over 240 animals. This retreat offers the scenery of wildlife inside or outdoors. You have the chance to see zebras, bison, camels, and much more! Elk and water buffalo love to take a swim in the pond that Elk Ridge overlooks as well. Enjoy the natural scenery in the evening around a firepit on the waterfront deck. This will be an overnight adventure you won't forget!

The Blue Maiden - built in 1880

This unique place has a style all its own. Recently updated, the Blue Maiden was built in 1880 as a home to the servants who worked in the mansions prevalent in Farrington's Grove. She is 1.4 miles from downtown and ISU campus, between two hospitals, and convenient to St. Mary of the Woods College, IVY Tech and Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. She is close to I-70, one block from US 41, and maintains many of her original Victorian charms. She is less than 5 miles from the new casino!

Centrally located to 3 colleges and 2 hospitals in a peaceful neighborhood, this cozy, open concept studio guesthouse is perfect for a short- or long-term stay. This newly renovated garage apartment to guesthouse requires no steps and features a spacious fenced in area for your pet. Creativity abounds in this uniquely decorated space. It features a king-sized bed as well as queen sized sofa sleeper. The kitchen is well stocked and has a coffee/tea bar for your enjoyment. Pets are welcome.

This unique place has a style all its own. This house is fully furnished with nicely refinished hardwood floors. There are two bedrooms with queen sized beds and plenty of storage and room darkening blinds. There is a Washer & Dryer downstairs and a game room for the kids. Couch in living room is able to pull out into bed and there is a futon in the game room downstairs. Backyard is fully fenced. Close to Union Hospital, ISU and many local restaurants and shops.

Mill Creek Farmhouse

Soon the boats will be cruising across Mill Creek Lake in search of catch of the day or enjoying some water-sports. While you are in the area make plans to stay at the Mill Creek Farmhouse. Enjoy an outdoor fire pit while having the entire house to yourself. Grocery store, restaurants and golf course just blockes away. kitchen has all utensils, plates, cups, pots and pans if you wish to cook. two tv's with Wi-Fi and Netflix is provided. there is a washer and dryer. New queen size mattress and an air mattress for a good night's rest.
