This cozy home has been completely remodeled and ready for you to make great memories. You will not see a better sunset than the ones here in Brookston. It’s country living at it’s finest. The King bedroom has a new sleep number mattress. The queen bedroom comes with a memory foam topper. We also have a queen air mattress for 2 additional guests. There is also a 10 person underground storm cellar for tornado season in the back yard! We are pet friendly, and there is plenty of room for your boat

The Wildwood is situated in the back of our property overlooking the creek bed that feeds three community ponds. The creek only flows with rain but brings an abundance of birds and wildlife!! You will have your own private outdoor area with a wood Firepit and outdoor propane grill/ stove. You are invited to use our backyard park which is beautifully landscaped with walking paths, disc golf, a Pavilion, outdoor heaters, grill and more! Kitchen has full refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven and microwave for preparing meals when not taking advantage of our local Blossom restaurants or short drive to Paris, TX. There is plenty of room for parking large trucks with pond next to house.

Please note: the loft is stair-access only. Due to construction, 1st Street is closed to vehicles, but sidewalk access and nearby public parking remain available.
