Charming Garden Apartment

Make yourself at home in a charming apartment with all the amenities! Lose yourself birding or reading a book surrounded by lush gardens. Take a short walk to lovely downtown Homewood to enjoy shopping & dining or catch the train to Chicago. After a day of exploring, a king-sized sleep number bed and lush bathroom features will pamper you! A fold-down sofa creates an additional bed. Dogs are welcome! This suite has a kitchenette with a convection toaster oven, induction cooktop, and fridge!

Chicago-ish Travels

If you want a cozy home in a quiet suburb fairly close to Chicago, this is a great option. 45 minute drive to downtown Chicago,(4 minute drive to train station that takes you downtown Chicago), 30 minutes from the Indiana dunes state park, and 5 minutes from the busiest street with plenty stores and restaurants in all of north west Indiana. A spacious townhouse to accommodate 6 people with one covered garage for one car plus space for two more uncovered spaces. No parties or gatherings.

The tiny home has a loft bedroom, bathroom with shower and composting toilet, kitchen, sitting area, and deck. You'll be surrounded by organic vegetable fields, 11 acres of woods, walking trails--and within perfect view of both the sunrise and sunset. You'll also have easy access to our farm store where you'll find fresh fruits & veggies, homemade soups & salads and so much more.

Minutes from the metra line taking you to downtown Chicago or visit the neighborhood shopping in downtown Homewood. No smoking and no parties. We are unable to accommodate a party of any size because of our agreement with our neighbors. Driveway is narrow. Limit 2 cars. No extra guest without notice. Extremely strict neighbors! We follow all cancellation rules.

Also salve and lip balm from our organic healing plants . You might see Casey our farm manager from Poland. He takes care of the animals daily. Enjoy the fire pit and a barbecue for dinner while star gazing at night. Then rest in peace.
