Our goal is to bring people together for quality time so we created spaces that everyone will love: the (non heated) pool, hot tub, patio, volleyball net and horse shoes, fire pit, indoor gas fireplace, and a spacious living room with a 55in TV. Two reserved parking spaces. 100% updated. The building dates to the 1890's and all the brick and flooring is original, but everything else is new while the character has been preserved.

Private lower level includes 2 BR, 3 Queen beds, 1 twin, full private bath, LR, private entrance, wifi, grill, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, sandwich maker, roasting oven, griddle, and more. Located in the Holland area, 20 min. to Grand Rapids, Grand Haven, Saugatuck, Lake Michigan. Use of the hot tub is most likely but not guaranteed. Please ask if it is important for your stay.
