Studio is conveniently located downtown Puyallup, above garage. Air conditioned unit includes a full kitchen(stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher) with single serve coffee maker, private bathroom with slate tile flooring, and a small utility closet with a washer and dryer. 32" TV, Blue-Ray/DVD player, WiFi, and bedside table lamps with USB ports. Leather power reclining loveseat with powered head rest that also has usb ports on the side. Very close to bus route, and the Washington State Fair.

This charming studio cottage sits nestled under a willow tree; creating a mood of serenity. The queen sized bed has a memory foam mattress, & luxury linens. The kitchenette has fridge, microwave, Keurig machine, & electric hot plate. Through the window you’ll see the rustic playhouse & gazebo. The bathroom with shower is sparkly clean. Spacious parking—only a few feet from the cottage. Whether you’re here for a concert or a graduation, this little house will enhance your visit. Fan/no AC

Little cottage by the pond

This is our little cottage for guests. It’s right next to our koi pond , with the windows open you can fall asleep listening to the waterfall. Or have a cup of coffee in the morning watching the fish and if you get lucky the ducks . Lol . It is very cozy and warm . This is a private cottage and you do not have to have any interaction with people! It has keyless entry. I clean and sanitize everything !We are extra vigilant to keep everyone safe! This cottage is not suitable for children,or pets .

The duplex has been recently updated with all new furniture, appliances, and interior finishes. Decor was chosen with an eye towards vintage nostalgia. Our favorite item is the 1950s jukebox loaded with old classics. It's relaxing to watch the old mechanism hum to life and crank out hit after hit like we just elected Eisenhower. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment is reasonably spacious for a one-bedroom. You should have everything you need for a short or long-term stay!
