Tule ja veeda oma lühipuhkus uues majas, avaras kolmetoalises korteris, vaid 20 meetri kaugusel maalilise Pärnu jõe kaldast. Korter on ideaalne lastega peredele, sellel on suur päikesepoolne rõdu ning väike mänguväljak otse korteri rõdu ees. Samuti on lastel piisavalt ruumi hoovis ringi joosta. Kesklinn on umbes 1 km kaugusel (ca 15 minuti jalutuskäik). Korteri juurde kuulub privaatne parkimiskoht, seega parkimise pärast pole vaja muretseda. Võimalus rentida SUP lauda, et avastada Pärnu jõge!

Avaras magamistoas on lai kaheinimese voodi ning lahtikäivad tugitoolvoodid on nii magamis- kui elutoas. Korter on sobiv mugavaks olemiseks kahele (+lapsed). Kööginurgas on pliit ja ahi koos mikrolaine ahjuga, suur külmkapp, nõudepesumasin ning kõik vajalik söögi tegemiseks ja nautimiseks. Vannitoas on pesumasin. Parkimine on külalistele tasuta. Peod ei ole lubatud.

We are ideally located to visit all west cost highlights of Estonia (Pärnu, Haapsalu- 60km drive) (Muhu and Saaremaa ferry 15km drive).

Really close to the city-center and Pärnu beach.

This compact, all-comfort cottage is located on the shores of a small waterfront in Kuiaru, Pärnu county, by the road Pärnu-Rakvere-Sõmeru. Pärnu’s city line is a 15-minute drive away. The house is located on the same property as our family home, but it is still private and conveniently accessible. The nearest grocery stores and petrol station are located in Selja (4 min) and Sindi (9 min).
