Cozy apartment in Pärnu city which was renovated in April 2021. Best location in Pärnu, car-free street. Central beach is 5 min away from apartment, you will get there by walking by Pärnu resort Main Street. Cafes, restaurants and spas are 1-4min away. Apartment has a terrace with main street view. You will have all necessary for comfortable short or long stay. Families with children will also find everything they need such as baby bed, feeding chair, stair safety barriers, toys etc.

This cozy apartment is located 5-minute walk away from beach and 15 minutes walk away from the city centre. The apartment is perfect for families and couples. There is a small grocery store across the street. You have free parking space for one car and free wifi. For an additional fee you can rent sauna or oudoor hot tub. During the SUMMER months (June, July, August) cozy garden café is open, we offer a buffet breakfast every day from 8:00 to 11:30 for an additional fee.

It offers a unique stay for couples and families who value privacy and want to have microhouse experience. House has almost like a little spa inside with a generous hot tub. Also private patio makes available to enjoy your morning coffee outside. There is also private parking inside the yard.

There is a lovely livingroom with open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, stove, water kettle, toaster and cutlery. The bedroom has a bed for two people (160 cm wide). Additionally guest can use a comfortable sofabed in the livingroom for two persons.
