The port, the bus station and the taxi stand are at 3 minutes’ distance on foot.

The studio features a king size bed, a sofa bed for 2, a kitchenette and a private bathroom as well as a private terrace overlooking the sea and the busy streets. The harbor, the beach and two public parking lots are also very close to the apartment.

Our villa is totally independent and has an unobstructed sea view to the port of Parikia. Our private swimming pool provide to our guests relaxing moments sitting to our over-sized built in sofas. It is just 100 meters from a sandy beach for swimming and seaside street with restaurants and the coffees.
