Comfortable, self-contained apartment/studio on separate lower level of house. Separate entry. Off street private parking. Own kitchen, bathroom, dining and open lounge. King size bed. Access to pool. Quiet, established neighbourhood. Close to a choice of 7 Caloundra beaches, many cafes, restaurants. Only 5min drive to the new Sunshine Coast University Hospital. The maximum number of guests is limited to 2 and pets are not permitted at any time. WE ARE A STRICTLY NON-SMOKING PROPERTY.

Sun Filled Beach Guest House, Mudjimba

Our private Guest House is just a short stroll from beautiful Mudjimba beach offering you a relaxing romantic getaway or a creative space to work. One bedroom with Queen bed, desk, crisp linen, comfortable lounge, TV, dining area and window seat. A full kitchen includes a coffee maker, although we highly recommend the local cafes and restaurants which are an easy walk away. This Point Cartwright Beach house is perfectly situated in a quiet neighbourhood less than 200 meters to the beautiful Buddina Beach, only 400 metres to the Mooloolaba River and a short walk to the Point Cartwright Lighthouse & La Balsa Park. A few minutes drive will get you to the newly refurbished Kawana Shopping World and Gold Class Cinemas and only a short walk to local cafes and great coffee. Sunbird Holiday Stay/Guest Services

Our fully self-contained Guest Wing includes a queen-sized bedroom, lounge with an additional queen-sized leather sofa bed, and dining room/kitchenette. A portable single bed and/or cot for young children are also available. Our 2 small dogs can interact with guests if you wish, but usually live upstairs in the main house, separate from the Guest Wing area.
