Beautiful Waterfront Cottage is conveniently located 2.5 hours from the GTA (20 mins from Parry Sound). This Cottage has a gorgeous lake view with a private beach, dock and deep water for swimming. Guests have access to kayaks, life jackets, noodles, as well as outdoor sports equipment for volleyball, badminton, tetherball, boccia ball, soccer, and football. Cottage has a fire place, BBQ and fire pit. Play a round of exceptional golf at The Ridge at Manitou golf course located right on the lake.

Its not hard to relax and unwind with a coffee in front of the fire, or go and explore along the private forest trails (1-2k of walking trails). As well, downtown Bracebridge is a convenient 10 minute drive away with all amenities. There is a veggie garden on the property and depending when you come you can pick away at it :) Pets are welcome in the home!

Chalet Rosemarie is nestled on a hillside, surrounded by mature trees, overlooking the "Big Sound" in the beautiful 30,000 Island vacation land of GEORGIAN BAY, just 17 min drive or 12 km north of Parry Sound. There are 2 very large studios with ensuites and balcony plus one guestroom. Breakfast is not included but available optional. If selected it will served in a style dining room or on the terrace with lake view. Sorry no pets.
