Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Un coin salon avec un canapé d’angle et un espace dînatoire sur une belle terrasse donnant sur la piscine et équipée d’une pergola bioclimatique. Une cuisine équipée avec un piano ,lave vaisselle ,un grand frigo .

Idyllic countryside stay, located between the towns of Bressuire, Thouars, Cholet & Saumur. Close to several theme parks (please see guide book). Located a few minutes from lake Hautibus. Village amenities include a boulangerie 2 mins from door, pharmacy, small supermarket and village bar, weekly market in square on Thursdays. **please note there are only 2 double beds at house** We supply all bed linen, towels, tea towels and cleaning materials for your stay along with a welcome pack.

Outside there is an enclosed space for al fresco dining and a splash pool to unwind with a glass of wine. in the privacy of this enclosed space. Situated in a small hamlet a few minutes from the historic market town of Melle and an hour's drive from the stunning city of La Rochelle, the apartment is ideally situated for exploring both country and seaside.

Dans un écrin de verdure nous proposons un loft calme, chaleureux, autonome, à quelques pas du centre-ville, à proximité immédiate des commerces et 20' à pied de la gare SNCF. Nous avons conservé l'authenticité du lieu et mettons à disposition une prestation complète (linges, ménage, boissons chaudes, parking privé pour vos vélos ou motos seulement, bois de chauffage...). Sur 40M² nous accueillons en toute autonomie de 1 à 4 personnes (un lit 160, un canapé lit 130).
