Our home and detached garage apartment offer the design and charm of a historic New Orleans style home with the luxuries and amenities of a home built in 2013. We are setup to accommodate business and leisure travelers, whether it be for a few days or a few weeks. Great restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, groceries, and a gym are all within less than a mile in our walkable neighborhood...you'll come to understand why we feel like we live in a small town within our large and diverse city! Feel free to use our outdoor patio space and gas grill (please request permission in advance to ensure space will be available) We will leave you to enjoy your stay but are always available if you need some directions or recommendations. Tree-lined avenues and historic homes give the area a small town feel. Described as a destination for foodies, architecture buffs, and creative types, there is a glut of great restaurants nearby, and easy access to Downtown and the Energy Corridor. Located within 5 minutes of I-610, I-10, & I-45, you can get most places via car in urban Houston within 20 minutes. Use uber or park your vehicle in front of our home (off-street parking available). There is a great hike and bike trail 1 block from our home and the neighborhood is very walkable.

The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

Great dining spots are within walking distance. Easy to get to major freeways with ample parking on street. We are a Monarch Butterfly habitat so you may see emerging butterflies during your visit. We are big music fans and this interest is reflected in our art. Maid service on a weekly basis includes linen change.

It is 15 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from NRG park and the Medical Center. You’ll love my place because it is brand new (built in 2015), clean, there is plenty of natural light and it has a full kitchen and washer and dryer. This is an ideal location for couples or business travelers.
