"This immaculate house is in a safe and well-kept 55+ park just across from a peaceful lake. It's fully furnished with a private driveway, plus everything needed to make your stay a pleasant memory. The park has amenities, including a heated pool. Washer and dryer in the utility room. Wi-Fi, TV. Great dining is close by, Clearwater Beach (35 min.), snorkel with manatees, kayaking is big, Tarpon Springs Sponge docks. Very nice people. Minimum age restriction for at least one adult guest - 55+."
