A cozy and peaceful retreat, with exceptional hospitality from an experienced host. Quiet 600ft² garden-level studio with a private entrance. My husband and I live upstairs. Centrally located for business & leisure. Walk to Columbia River. 5 min to PNNL, WSU, Kadlec, downtown Richland, restaurants. 15 min to PSC Airport, wineries. Enjoy a fireplace, a cloud-soft queen bed, fast Wi-Fi, work desk. Ideal for a couple's getaway, short stay work travel, or cultural explorers experiencing the region.

The little house

Relax and enjoy this cozy little house located centrally in Richland Wa. at the foothills of Badger and Candy mountain. We are near shopping, restaurants, wineries and easy access to the Highway. We have some of the best wineries in the country. Lots of fun hiking trails and outdoor water recreation. The little house has a queen murphy bed, and another queen bed in the loft. It’s designed for 1-4 guests. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, blender and electric skillet.

Theater Themed House w/ Hottub

Guest home located above the detached garage further back on our property. It sits on an acre where guests are free to use the yard, fire pit, barbecue & play equipment. The main home is also an Airbnb with only yard shared. It is a studio apartment with a private entrance to the property. The living and sleeping area, as well as the kitchen are all connected. Great walk in shower as well as full size deck for your relaxation and watching the beautiful sunsets we have here in the Tri-Cities.

Large home on a quiet street, overlooking golf course with river and bridge views. Upstairs has a living room, kitchen, dining room, two & a half bathrooms and three bedrooms. Covered patio to watch amazing sun rises to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine, with plenty of seating for the family and friends. Downstairs has two more bedrooms, living room with trundle bed & room with table for games. Lots of parking for boat /RV. Nine beds total will accommodate large family/group.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located retreat! Within 3-miles of mall, shopping, dining, and top wineries. Relax in the luxurious, spacious shower, lounge in the comfortable king-sized bed, or be productive at your own work station. NOTE: this is a basement walk-out apartment underneath our family’s living space. While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).

Attached apartment with private entrance in a quiet neighborhood on .5 acre. The kitchen includes basic amenities like a refrigerator, burner, microwave, and essentials. Guests will enjoy the french doors that open to a deck opening to a large back yard. This place is perfect for 2 people. **If you bring a dog please inform us beforehand. Not doing so will result in a pet fee of $50. Also, please let us know if any accidents from pets.

Richland Home Away From Home

The perfect home and location for your visit to the Tri-Cities! This home boasts two large master suites (one with a bonus area). The outdoor living space is the perfect entertainment center.
