This house is directly on Greenwood Lake. Short Term Rental Permit #P25-0802.There are fantastic views of the lake from every room! The house is comfortable, nicely furnished and fully equipped. Step out through the sliders & you will love the deck with sun loungers, table & new retractable awning for cool shade on the deck. Enjoy 25 ft dock-swimming, feeding ducks, fishing, boating, etc. The yard is a nice level property, which is fully fenced in. Near Skiing, Warwick & Woodbury Commons Outlets

We thoroughly clean with at least 1 day vacancy between bookings so this way with can perform a deep cleaning. Free Washer/Dryer available. 1 Free car parking in driveway. Plenty of free street parking in front of our Airbnb. Minimum 3 night stay. Our vacation apartment is located in a nice quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Right around the corner you have the farmers markets where you can buy fresh fruit to groceries. We are minutes away from some of the best Mediterranean Restaurants.

Updated private two bedroom in heart of Montclair

A complimentary bottle of red wine is included with each stay by default. The space is quiet for Montclair yet centrally located. Our cleaner Mikki is responsible for cleaning and preparing the space. She takes great pride in her work, and we’re lucky to have her. The entire cleaning fee goes to her.
