La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Se puede alquilar entera (6 personas) o parcial (4 personas). La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. This cosy house is located in the urbanization Los Canarios 1 in Arguineguin. The area is one of the oldest tourist area in the city, nicely parkland, with flowers and palms. Its close to town and beach. The house has its own garden, furniture and barbecue. Parking in the street outside the house. The garden and outdoor area are part of the condominium and are maintained by them. This means that employees have access to the outdoor area around the houses for working.

The Right Place

Aprovecha al máximo tus vacaciones en un ambiente agradable y relajado. El apartamento está en una zona muy tranquila cerca de la playa y el centro de Puerto Rico y cuenta con una pequeña piscina. Se accede por escaleras, por lo que no se recomienda para personas con movilidad reducida. La playa de Puerto Rico, su centro comercial y Mogán Mall están a 10´y 2´ minutos a pie. Guagua directa desde el aeropuerto hasta la terminal de Puerto Rico y desde allí 5´en taxi.
