This is a second floor loft apartment in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon. We are located on a pedestrianised street and Shakespeare’s birthplace is less than 100 yards away. Everything this beautiful town has to offer is right on the doorstep. It’s only a 7 minute flat walk from the train station and there is a taxi rank within a minute’s walk too. The apartment itself is double glazed and very quiet. We’ve just refurbished it throughout (May 2021) and are so excited to start welcoming guests!

The Retreat

Sit with a drink in the beautiful garden or cosy up next to the fire, the space is for you to enjoy and relax. Stratford-upon-Avon, Royal Leamington Spa and Warwick are all within 20 minutes by car.

Self contained modern annexe

The annexe is located next to our home in the beautiful village of Snitterfield. It is situated on the site of Shakespeare's father's estate. The bedroom has a 4ft 6" double bed, mirror and wardrobe. The bathroom is modern with shower and there are complimentary toiletries for you along with towels. The living area has a breakfast bar, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment and a seating area with TV and Wifi. There will be milk, coffee, tea and sugar for you on arrival.

The Art Studio

Entire house located in the quaint town of Henley in Arden. This quirky cottage features it’s private entrance on the towns historic High Street. The property has a living room , bedroom with super king size bed, large bathroom with double shower and a kitchen area with everything you need for a short stay, such as toaster, fridge, kettle, microwave grill oven and Dolce Gusto coffee machine however there is no hob! There are lots of amazing restaurants in Henley in Arden to enjoy.

Conveniently located within walking distance or a 5 minute drive into Stratford town centre, Shakespeare attractions, the theatre and the racecourse.

3 Hathaway Hamlet is a 500 year old cottage that has undergone a recent full renovation to make it modern comfortable and yet still maintain its character, with large oak beams, log burner, original internal doors, but still has underfloor heating, WiFi and Netflix. Set is a huddle of cottages just a 2 minute walk from Ann Hathaway's cottage it offers a comfortable and convenient place to explore Shakespeare's Stafford upon Avon.

Award winning artisan Farm Shop with café, butchers and bakery all on site. Keys are collected using a code for a keybox so this gives you flexibility on arrival and departure times.
