The Studio is situated on the top of a hill overlooking the Kambos valley and beach. It is at 6 kilometers from the main port of Skala, at 11 kilometres north of Chora, at 1.500 metres from the village of Kambos and at 800 meters downhill from the beach of Kambos. The long beach of Kambos is the busiest resort of Patmos. It is a beautiful beach, with clean, shallow waters and plenty of tree shade. There are also umbrellas and sun beds, water sports and beach restaurants.

Studio ‘Vaghià’ in Villa Patmos Netia si trova al primo piano. Ha un ingresso privato ed è dislocato su un solo ambiente costituito da una cucina/soggiorno con un letto tradizionale. Completa lo Studio un'enorme terrazza con una bellissima vista sul mare e sulla Chora e il suo Monastero, sul giardino con alberi da frutto e ulivi. Lo Studio è dotato di frigorifero, forno a microonde, caffettiera, tavolo e sedie, piatti, posate, bicchieri, tazze, pentole e padelle e televisione.

A combined sample of elegance, tradition and comfort, this summer holiday apartment has a splendid view of the beautiful bay of Merikas and the Monastery. It is ideal for two couples or a family (4 persons and a baby). It is located close to the main village of the island which is the port of Skala at around ten minutes walking distance. Due to the new circumstances all around the world before each new arrival, we follow strict rules to clean and sanitize our apartment.

Each floor offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a living room and dining area with fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor areas include a shady courtyard with stone built benches and seating area (downstairs) or a veranda with views of Chora and the monastery (upstairs). (Upstairs and downstairs subject to availability).

Το παλιό ξυλουργείο και το σιδηρουργείο του Παππού Γιάννη, ενώθηκαν με σεβασμό και έγιναν ένα παραδοσιακό νησιωτικό σπίτι, κρατώντας όσα περισσότερα στοιχεία από το παρελθόν του οικήματος. Βρισκεται 7 περίπου λεπτά από το κέντρο της Σκάλας και από την κοντινότερη παραλία. Κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχει αρτοποιείο μανάβικο και σούπερ μάρκετ. Η παραλία Μελόι είναι στα 2 λεπτά μακριά με το Αυτοκίνητο και το Αγριολιβαδι στα 6.
