Sitting On The Dock Of The Bay…is our tranquil designer-styled bay house. We believe it is the Central Coast’s best kept secret. At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

The Lotus Pod - Unique Guesthouse with views

Situated in the grounds of Austral Watergardens nursery, this large,spacious studio is located approx. 50 mins drive north of Sydney. On the doorstep of the Hawkesbury River and Berowra Waters, the Lotus Pod offers a country escape or romantic getaway. With magnificent views across the pristine Mougamarra Nature Reserve and surrounding gardens, a perfect place to relax & unwind. Private retreat 10min walk to beach

Our private, modern beach-style studio cabin is a scenic 5 min walk to the beach and the main street of Umina. It's on the bus line, making it an easy 10 mins to Woy Woy station. Also close to Umina Beach Caravan Park and Recreation Precinct. Club & cafes nearby. Strictly no smoking or pets allowed. Please include a photo of yourself on your Airbnb account, tell us what you will be doing here and the names, ages, genders of all guests for safety reasons and so we can ensure we are a good match.

The Salty Dog is a space that is both cosy and open to the water, a wooden boathouse for two that invites you to relax and just 'be', to go off grid and reconnect with mother nature at her best.

Seatide Patonga Creek

This little 60's Bungalow may just be the best kept secret in Patonga. Slow down, step back, relax enjoy the view. Our little 3 bedroom house is the perfect place for a weekend, or a week to simply wind down. The house retains much of its 1960's charm but has had a renovation over the winter opening up the living/kitchen area, complete new kitchen, flooring throughout and a bathroom makeover. But looking out across the grassy reserve on the waters edge of Patonga creek is still the same!

The Boathouse Hotel with it's renowned restaurant, fish and chip shop is a 5 minute walk away. With many magnificent bush walks, fishing, swimming, kayaking, cycling or just relaxing by the creek and watching the tide come in and out there is something for everyone. Just an hour and a half by car from Sydney or 30 minutes by ferry from Palm Beach.
