Nestled in the Pauanui Lakes Resort you’ll find Villa 46 where you can kick back, relax and enjoy the tranquil space offered. Enjoy the resort facilities during your stay, including 2 swimming pools, gymnasium, tennis courts and an 18 hole international golf course. Note this is a bird sanctuary so unfortunately no pets are permitted on site. Just a quick 10 minute drive to the Pauanui village and beach where you will find local cafes, shops and a supermarket for any last minute essentials.

Enjoy our resort-style 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home, with only a 10-min walk to the beach and shops. Open-plan living which flows to the outdoor entertaining space featuring a BBQ and wood-fired pizza oven. Two bedrooms have private ensuites, and two rooms can be set up as super king or twin beds. Stay entertained with the gym, heated pool, spa pool, and sauna. There is parking for up to 6 cars. Walk or bike to RSA or Saturday farmers market with 4 included bikes. Luxurious year-round relaxation!

Excellent location with a short walk to Restaurants , beach, town and supermarket. The complex has a large shared swimming pool.

Bliss Out on The Waterways

Bliss Out and relax in this calm, stylish space. Right on the Waterways. Two outdoor parking spots off road & in carpark in Sovereign Pier. One park will fit a boat. Boat ramp on site. Watch the activity on the waterways… boats coming and going, lots of sea birds etc. Gorgeous pool and spa as well as a gym and tennis court. Close to town and all amenities. Great kitchen , indoor and outdoor living areas. 2 bedrooms but can fit 2 extra children in second bedroom. (2 foam mattresses)

Located beside the marina in the heart of Whitianga, just 200m from restaurants, bars and cafés, Marina Park offers spacious self-contained apartments with fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. You have access to heated swimming pool, spa pool, fitness center, along with allocated under cover car park. Kitchen includes a dishwasher and microwave. Nightly rate is for 2, if booking for 3/4 there is an additional nightly charge of $35 per person
