The Grain Bin Lodge and Retreat

Sorry, no children under the age of 12. This large grain bin has been converted into a rustic two story getaway using reclaimed barn wood and many antiques. The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.

Welcome to the Lookout Loft Treehouse! Find a retreat in this peaceful hilltop oasis just a short 20 min drive out of Sioux Falls, SD. Sleep in the clouds on your dreamy pillow top mattress, wake up to stunning 360 degree views overlooking the surrounding countryside. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the wraparound deck, a propane fire on the mid-level deck and a dip in the hot tub at ground-level. This is a basement apartment in a local family home. It has a private bedroom, full bathroom, kitchenette, and common space to hang out with a pull out bed if needed . There is space to park on the driveway and is walking distance to Dordt College the local public high school and the All Season Center with the ice rink and indoor/outdoor swimming pool. Downtown is also very close for local businesses, coffee shops, and grocery store.

Open loft garage area kept around 65 degrees in winter, 74 degrees in the summer.
