It is a ground floor unit with one big room. There is one kitchen and one bathroom. There is a private sitting area at the entrance where the guests can sit in and enjoy nature while sipping on hot tea. We also provide freshly prepared pure vegetarian home cooked meals (pre ordered at a nominal cost).

Surrounded by hills , a seasonal river on the west and a canal on the east side. The location is also known as Do Naali as it is a confluence of 2 canals. There is a continuous sound of water flowing which is very soothing. A small dam exists close by. The farm has a cow and fresh milk can be tasted free of cost. Honey bee keeping is also done. This is besides regular farming of famous Dehradun basmati rice , wheat and vegetables. Short treks can also be arranged.
