Our little piece of paradise nestled on the edge of the woods but still in heart of downtown Pawleys. 1 block from Franks bar and restaurant, a few blocks to downtown Pawleys, and 4 blocks to the beach and many golf courses. Morning Coffee lounging on the patio and watching the amazing wildlife = Bliss! We have local birds that hang in the yard and often have wild deer wander through. NO HOA.

Fully remodeled, the little cabin on the marsh is a 1 BR house with a loft. Inside is almost all wood. The house sits on the marsh water of the Waccamaw river. The neighborhood is a dirt road with a mix of mobile homes and houses. The neighbors are great and have lived on the street for decades. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. World class golf, restaurants, and grocery stores are near.

Our centrally located condo is on second floor at the Summerhouse at the Litchfield Resort in Pawleys Island (elevator access). One bedroom condo, two queen beds, pull out sofa in the living room, walk in shower. Furnished balcony off the living room overlooks pool area. Many amenities on property include: pools, hot tub, walking/biking trails, private gated beach access, bathrooms, and outdoor showers. 'Osprey's Nest' is close to East of Highway 17, 1 mile from the beach. Close to Brookgreen Gardens and Huntington Beach State Park. A few miles from Murrells Inlet, historic Georgetown, and of course Myrtle Beach.. You’ll love my place because of Convenient to attractions, but away from the Myrtle bustle. Excellent local restaurants. Nearby Murrells Inlet is well known for their seafood restaurants. It is a serene and beautiful location. Come unwind with us!.

Welcome to “Our Perfect Little Place” to take in all Pawleys Island and The Grand Strand has to offer! Our Place consists of a large King bedroom, living room with pull out queen bed, butler’s nook and private patio. You are also have access to a shared foyer, front patio and community pool. We are located near multiple golf courses, amazing restaurants, the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk, historic Georgetown & only a mile from the beautiful beaches of Pawleys Island!

This is the perfect suite for your next beach getaway! Approximately half a mile to the nearest beach access. Our cozy beach themed guest suite is attached to a separate living space (similar to a duplex or in-law suite) and has a private entrance. It is tucked away in the forest, right across from the creek and ready to welcome you! We had storm damage only a month after starting up our airbnb, so it has been newly renovated twice!

My condo is on the top floor which gives you a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean. The master bedroom and living room with cathedral ceilings have a wall of glass giving you a spectacular view of the sunrise over the ocean. The living area has sliding doors to the balcony overlooking the ocean. The master bedroom has a tempurpedic queen bed. The guest room has a queen bed and a bunkbed for children. The kitchen is well supplied.

True Blue 度假屋

Pawleys Island has been a vacation destination since the 1700s and it remains charming yet laid back. The beach is unspoiled and un-commercialized, while the area is full of unique boutiques and restaurants. Pawleys Island has the great food and fun of Charleston, without the expense, and the golf of Myrtle Beach, without the crowds. Come enjoy the newly renovated golf course! This second floor condo provides a laid back atmosphere that is within walking distance to golf, pub, pool ,and a short drive to the beach. The condo sleeps 6 (1 King, 2 full, and a queen pull out couch). Relax on the front porch in one of the rockers, or enjoy listening to the rain on the screened-in back porch. *Motorcycles are not allowed on property.
