The Quiet Cottage features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with abundant natural light, spacious living areas, hardwood floors throughout, and a large, fenced-in backyard for your pet. This 12 year old home is located on 2.5 acres just east of Stillwater, 0.5 miles east of Payne Co. fairgrounds, 3 miles to Stillwater and OSU. 4 bedrooms with a split floor plan, an open living area with a large kitchen. Country living yet easy access to Stillwater. Large wooded backyard with covered porch in front and backyard. Firepit, grill, fenced area for dogs. Open space in front for large vehicles with plenty of parking.

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Enjoy the stars and nights around the fire pit. Taxes are less out here too - you don't have to pay the 4% city or 7% accommodation taxes when you book with us since we're outside city limits.
