The kitchen has a large island featuring granite countertops, perfect for preparing meals for families of any size. The front room features a 65" LG TV with built-in Airplay and Chromecast. Large fenced yard sitting on a .25 acre corner lot, plus long driveway for easy parking. BBQ and fire pit are easily accessible with large trees for shade. Top-of-the-line mattresses and pillows await you on every bed. You'll get a great night's sleep while you're here, that's for sure! Don't forget about stores like Costco, Walmart, a plethora of restaurants, and shopping centers that are a few blocks (less than 3 min) away. The house sits right at the mouth of Spanish Fork canyon, right off HWY 6. Diamond Fork hotpots are about 25 min away. Sundance Ski Resort is only 20 min away and only another 20 to Park City!

This basement apartment has a private entrance with plenty of parking on the street, including trailers. No smoking, parties, or pets.

Kicks on 6 is a cool, comfy basement suite with a private entrance, full kitchen, and big screen TV. Located at the mouth of Spanish Fork Canyon, just off the intersection of HWY 6 and 1-15 (common routes to Utah's awesome National Parks), and 20 minutes south of the Provo Airport, it's a great place to stop and rest on your way to or from your adventure trip. Enjoy a quiet suite adjacent to a park with a walking path, picnic tables, a playground, and scenic views of the surrounding mountains.

Private Provo Indoor Pool House

Enjoy your stay in this private 2500 sq ft indoor pool house complete with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a living room, swimming pool, hot tub, and laundry closet. The pool house is a separate structure than our main house (where we reside). Only guests who are STAYING are allowed on property (unless cleared through the owner). Due to family allergies, no pets or animals of any kind are allowed. Absolutely no smoking or drinking.
