Bus stop is a 1 minute walk, arrivals every 10 minutes.

Seaview Stay is cliff top escape with uninterrupted panoramic sea views. Enjoy the wonderful sunset and sunrise in this comfortable stylish 1 bedroom annex with your own terrace and private access. We are a 15 minute drive or a short bus ride into Brighton town centre with the added bonus of a beautiful and quiet location to return home to. Directly on the East Sussex coastal path with the nearest beach access only 5 minutes walk, also a short stroll into the beautiful South Downs National Park.

The quirky basement is located in an 1800s Victorian Building and is a stones throw away from the beach (200 yards). The stunning seven sisters cliff top walk starts just a 5 minute walk away. Quirky basement flat is located in the heart of the town, with shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants all within walking. The property can sleep /dine 4 people. Regular trains and buses! It is directly on the coastal path with secluded beaches on the doorstop and the South Downs National Park a short walk away. We are a 15 minute drive or a short bus ride into Brighton which has something to offer for everyone.

Woodlands cabin is set in a peaceful garden surrounded by conifer trees and singing birds with a private and secluded patio area.The cabin is adjacent to the property but still maintains its privacy. The Cabin is a relaxing space positioned on the edge of the south downs where you will find an abundance of scenic walks, a forest and bathing beaches with spectacular sunsets nearby. The Seven Sisters Cliff tops are just a 15 minute walk away tourist spots. One well behaved dog is welcome £10

The Brambles is a lovely two bedroomed property in a quiet close of 18 houses in Peacehaven, East Sussex. It has two double bedrooms, lounge/dinner with a conservatory that over looks the south facing garden. The decor is cosy and comfortable with the opportunity to prepare everything you need in the compact kitchen. The bathroom has a beach theme, we are not far from the beach and cliffs.Peacehaven is 7 miles from Brighton, Newhaven 3 miles, Seaford is 6 miles, Eastbourne 17 miles.
