This awesome little house is just 10 minutes from most of Amarillo. This house is very clean and freshly remodeled. Our guests all agree this is such a relaxing place to stay. The house itself is a small efficiency, 1 room with everything you'll need for your stay. Inside the house is very clean and comfortable but outside is my favorite part. Here you'll find some of the best front porch sittin' around and the sunsets are pretty awesome too! You'll have wide open spaces and plenty of privacy.

Climate controlled! What is a Yurt? Yurts originated in Mongolia. The Mongolian people were nomadic, and they took their homes (yurts) with them as they tended to, and traveled, with their livestock. Today yurts are built on a platform & consist of two thick layers of canvas with a layer of insulation in between, and most notably a domed skylight at their center. 5 mins to Alpine, 30 mins to Fort Davis, Marfa, and Marathon. Big Bend Park, Terlingua, & Lajitas are roughly 100 miles away.

Outside there is a small patio with adirondack chairs and gas fire pit that over look the cattle pasture and the stunning Panhandle sunsets.

The Juniper Moon House is a one bedroom, one bath adobe casita, nestled amidst Juniper trees and prickly pear cacti. Located on the southwest end of town, it offers quieter surroundings while still being in close proximity to Marfa favorites. Some road noise can be heard, especially during peak travel times.
