The delightful Santa Rita unit boasts a second-story balcony overlooking downtown, a fireplace, a well-appointed kitchen, rustic-chic decor, and a central location perfect for exploring the sights of Santa Fe. A plethora of world-class restaurants, galleries, museums, and local attractions are within a short walk. ***Please note if travelling with a larger group, consider renting additional adjacent or one of the other 8 units at the complex - all units are now managed and maintained in-house with limited on-site staff, not through an off-site management company.** LIVING AREA After a day in town or on the ski slopes, retreat to the open living area, furnished with a sleeper sofa, 42” smart TV, and wood-burning fireplace. Terracotta floors and wooden finishes create a charming Southwestern ambience. The complimentary firewood is seasonal (Oct to April). The chimney flues are open during that time and then closed after the season. KITCHEN & DINING Start your day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the upscale kitchen, equipped with gleaming granite countertops and upgraded stainless steel appliances. Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar, outfitted with seating for four. Then dine together at the table set for six. BED & BATH This second-story condo sleeps eight guests between the three bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in the living area. All three bedrooms boast comfortable king beds and smart TVs equipped with Roku. The main en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. A second bathroom features a walk-in shower. OUTDOOR AREA Enjoy a nightcap on your private balcony, furnished with seating for four. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, local TV channels through satellite, Roku streaming, firewood, coffee, and a shared on-site laundry facility with an ice maker (free of charge) are provided. Unassigned parking is available for one vehicle in the on-site parking area. Electric car chargers for Tesla and universal vehicles (free of charge) under the covered parking area. This second-story condo requires one flight of stairs to access. Elevators are not available. The third bedroom boasts a king bed and an en-suite with a walk-in shower. COURTYARD Serve morning coffee at the dining table in your private courtyard. Enjoy your meals alfresco and using the natural gas grill. EXTRA ITEMS Zona Rosa has a laundry facility on site for our guests, parking (one vehicle, per unit) and an office staffed from 2 to 6 daily.
